I continued from the Brooklyn Bridge back towards Mandi's work. Her building kept me central to go wherever I wanted to go. I had to stop at Century 21, which is very overwhelming and depressing to see when you don't have money, to get a cheap pair of sunglasses. The weather was beautiful and the sun was bright! I don't usually sunglass shop unless I am with my friend, Molly in GR. I tend to walk away thinking the sunglasses look great and yet in reality they don't work for me. This time however it called for drastic measures and I had to pick out a pair I lived and wear them with confidence. I tried on a million pairs. I ended up liking the style of Betsey Johnson, I think she is a famous stylist-who knows? I bought a pair and put them on. I was so happy with them and wore them with confidence!

Then I ventured towards Battery Park where I would be able to take a ride on the Statton Island Ferry. I saw the strangest thing, but I knew Hailey and Ezra would think it was cool. A random Panda Bear walking around with a stool. I didn't approach him, perhaps I was a bit nervous, but I took a picture form a far. New York is the place to see everything, including an adult dressed up as a Panda Bear roaming through the city.

This sculpture used to be in front of the World Trade Center Tours. After September 11th, they moved it to this park, added an eternal flame next to it to be a memorial for all those that lost their lives there. It was a pretty cool sight and was a quiet place to all who came to view it.
