Hailey is constantly asking me when we can have a "girl day" and has a variety of ideas that we could do on that day. Of course, she has a long list of who will attend and that Ezzie will have to spend time with "the boys." Auntie Becky started a new job at the store, Fun Sisters. I had never been there before, but I got a purse there from Sue for Christmas a few years ago and I have heard only great things. Auntie Sarah, Hailey, and I went to visit Becky at work today. She was thrilled to finally have a girl day except that Grandma Sue wasn't there. I have to tell you that this is my new favorite store. (Oh By the way, Ezzie stayed with Papa Dan and helped to make a fence for the dogs, he didn't at all mind staying there and helping his Grandpa.) My two sister-in-laws are trying to help me remain hip as I get older. I would choose a purse and get their approval. (Yes, I absolutely trust their opinion and expect them to be honest! :)) The first purse I chose Becky said no way and commented that all of the young girls there agreed that the purse was not for a "hip" 31 year old mom. They helped me choose two other great purses. Hailey even helped Becky as a she worked. The owner paid Hailey for her time with a Hello Kitty headband. It was a great time and we can't wait to go back. I am so lucky to have such awesome aunts for my kids. They not only help me stay "hip", they adore, love and help the kids in anyway they can, no matter what! Even though they are not my sister-in-laws anymore, they are my family and I love both of them so much. I have enjoyed watching them grow up and become beautiful women. I am so glad they are in our lives.
P.S. By the way, I recommend everyone visit the store, Fun Sister's-it is awesome!
P.S.S. I had to add the picture of Beck and I when we got our purses for Christmas that one year from Sue. The purses they sell are great and so unique! Are we models or what?
