Teddy Bear Park with Friends

We usually spend our Thursday nights with my friend Heather and her kids (Jacob, YaYa, and John.). This night we took the kids to Stillwater to the Teddy Bear Park. We had to take a lot of pictures, of course. I haven't taken Hailey and Ezzie to Teddy Bear Park since it opened, Ezzie was a baby. So, I was excited to take them again, now that they are bigger.
Yaya and Hailey have become good friends. They like to play dress up, banies, pets, and run around. Ezzie and Jacob are buddies as well. They love to play rough and tough and get crazy. They are all boy! Yaya and Jacob are twins and close to Ezzie's age.
Heather was nice enough to help all the kids get water from the water fountain. Plus, she was thrilled I was taking a picture.

The girls got a few pics by the bug teddy bear. It started out with Hailey and Yaya wanting their pictures first and then Heather and I were added into the mix. I love Hailey so much and being the mother of a girl is a wonderful experience. I have a lot to learn the older Hailey gets, but I love my little girl.

Our four kids have gotten to be great friends. The first couple of times we had a play date, the kids really didn't play together. Now they have so much fun and Heather and I actually get time to visit. They are all so close in age, it is perfect. Heather's youngest, John, is usually with us. He is such a sweetie. I tried to snap a lot of pictures of him for Heather. She wanted to have some cute ones of him at Teddy Bear Park.

Hailey and Ezzie are so different. Hailey loves to play in the sand and pick out the prettiest rocks. She doesn't mind getting her hands dirty and digging. Ez on the other hand, hates to have dirty fingers and hands. He does love to be the daredevil. He will jump off anything and run anywhere. I love that my two kids are a lot a like but are a lot different, as well.

Heather is such a great friend! I am so glad that God has brought her into my life. We enjoy getting together with our kids and laughing about life and motherhood. She is good at meeting me where I am and encouraging me to strengthen my walk with God. She lets me be sad or goofy and still loves me. Even when she has a tough day at work, she opens her home to Hailey, Ezzie, and I. I adore her and I am so glad that we are friends. Plus, we laugh a lot whenever we are together. Laughter is always good for the soul, ALWAYS!
