Our First Swim in the pool!!

Hailey and Ezzie have been anticipating their first swim in Grandma and Grandpa's pool. It seems our spring and early summer has been too cool to swim. Finally, the beautiful warm day arrived, so the three of us headed to the pool. We all could hardly wait to swim and splash! It was also the first time we had seen Grandma since they got back from Hawaii for Jeff and Kim's wedding. Hailey had to have a photo shoot with the outfit Grandma brought back for her. Plus, they each wanted a picture of the first time in the pool.




Grandma Sue had fun helping them get on their swimsuits and floaties. We spend a lot of time teaching them about pool safety. It is a great life lesson and the Sprick's are good at teaching them. Hailey and Ez were a bit shy at first swim alone, but that quickly changed. This year they are using the noodles and it gives them more confidence. They are getting too big way too fast!





There are so many good memories that have happened at the pool! It is such a great place to be and the kids are so happy there. Plus, it seems to be a place that brings the family together. Hailey and Ezzie get to swim with everyone throughout the day. We love the pool!!
