It is hard to believe that my little girl has turned five years old. It seems like she was just born yesterday or perhaps that is because Hailey LOVES to hear the story about the day she was born. I retell the story to her whenever she wants to hear it, which is often.
She told me exactly who she wanted to be invited to her party and insisted that she have a High School Musical theme. (For those of you haven't seen Hailey lately, she LOVES High School Musical!)
Her friend, Dawson, came over before the party started to play for a bit. Slowly and not soon enough for the birthday girl, our family arrived to the party. Grandma Linda and Papa Mark drove from Brainerd to join the festivities. Hailey was more than happy to pose for a picture with Grandma Linda. Kyla came with Mason and he was a big hit. Hailey adores her baby cousin and was thrilled he came to her party. Plus, she loved being able to hold him. Her Auntie Becky and Auntie Sarah came and helped her decorate her bedroom with her new High School Musical bedding. Hooray! The fun just continued throughout the afternoon....
