Life's Little Blessings From God-Friends

Last night, I went to the Wadholm's for dinner and to have Judd help me out with my budget. Judd is a sucker for Xcel spreadsheets and helping others build budgets. This was going to be a huge help for me. Let's just say that the life of a single mom with two can get a bit hairy. We enjoyed a yummy dinner made by Crista. I enjoyed eating dinner with their family and catching up on life. Judd and Crista have been in my life for quite awhile and our friendship has changed over time. There was a time where we didn't have kids and spent summer days at the pool. Last night, the three of us stood around a laundry basket folding clothes for their sweet girls and discussing what job opportunities that I may need to look into to earn some more money. YIKES! Goodness sake, how life changes! However, they are constant and faithful friends to me. Judd and I spent some time pouring over my bills and analyzing how to make the numbers work. (Judd, you are awesome and I appreciate all of your help, honesty, and encouragement.) After the girls were in bed, Crista and I enjoyed visiting and catching up. What a precious friend, Crista is to me. These two people have been blessings in my life and I love "doing life" with them. Their endless support, wisdom, and prayers have helped me through difficult times. They love me where I am at in life, how great is that! (I love you both so much! Thanks for everything that you have done for me and my kids.)
