Dinner at Mia Village on a Friday night

Grandma, Auntie Kim, Hailey, Ezzie, and I ventured out to University Avenue in St. Paul to eat at a restaurant that Grandma really likes to eat at. She raved about the yummy soup. Grandma told the kids they have a fish pond there with a bridge. They were excited to see the fish. This place was pretty cool and the food was fabulous! It was like a comic skit when we were there and Kimmie and I laughed A LOT! Sue had rice in her hair, on her arm, and I am pretty convinced she will be finding rice in her hair for a long time. Ezzie was sneezing all over everyone's food. Ez knocked over his water. Hailey dropped her spoon full of soup because it was hot. Grandma didn't get to enjoy her soup or tea because she was helping Hailey and Ez eat and behave. It was hilarious! When the tea cooled down, Hailey drank some and liked it. Ez shared soup with Grandma. Kimmie and I watched and laughed most of the time. We headed home and hoped the kids would fall asleep in the car, which Ezzie did. It was fun to go out to eat, except I was reminded that a trip to a restaurant is not always the best option with a 3 and 4 year old. No matter what, we all had a great time. We will have to eat there again!
